Do you handle the design?

Yes. We measure your basement, build a 3D layout of the actual space — bedrooms, bath, family room, storage — and you approve the design before anything is signed.

What does the payment schedule look like?

Milestone-based and never ahead of the work: a small mobilization payment at signing, then draws at framing, drywall, and finishes, with the final payment only after your city's final inspection passes. Lien waivers accompany every draw.

Do you finish partially-finished basements?

Yes — many Utah basements were started and never completed, or finished twenty years ago and need a redo. We scope what stays, what goes, and price it the same fixed-bid way.
